I want to know the status of Vashudha kendra of Bihar.

 I am fully proud of my VLE brother who has cross all the difficulty created by Sahaj Company.
 You all are grate because, you all are suffering form grate pain but waiting any one come to you
give the extra energy to fight these pain.
My dears brothers & sisters this is the time of revolution for all the CSC.I want to ask  you a strong Union of CSC has developed. So, It is requested you kindly support this Union.Because Unity is necessary for  the development of our CSC plan.

Sahaj Company will nothing do for you forget it.They only make a rummer for NEGP services.
But this is false but they need your support for earning revenue(proffit).So always kept your mind
your are profitable for Sahaj but sahaj is not profitable for you.

Plz. consider from last five your to till now what type of services Sahaj has bring to your profit.
Not a single services.       

Some VLE says they bring the services of Indra Avas.But how this possible because no a single rupees earn by sahaj. So, Forget Sahaj for INDRA AVAS.

They brings Eey Glass for CSC Selling but they has forget the meaning of CSC.
Sir,CSC means Common Service Center not Common Selling Center.
Peoples are not open a Center for selling  your product.
If they open the center for Selling your product then why not they became agent for
1.More believable insurance LIC. 
2. Why not they earn more profit by recharge by taken all recharge provider.
3.Why they give you Rs.100/- for more for General Insurance.

Hello Brothrers(Vle),

Again i want to give you a  belated Happy Marry Christmas  and also Happy New Year in Advance.
But i want to leave a Question for all of you, were are you? ---------you think.

This is my personal opinion "CSC-Project is successful stablest in Bihar".
As per my knowledge at least 75% Panchyat is covered by "Sahaj Vasudha Kendra" sorry Vashudha kendra.

I don't want to leave the word Sahaj form this ,but at the time i am posting  this massage, a clip of Famous Movies "Tare Jami pe".in which Amir Khan went to home of the children and saw a drawing.How the boy slowly disappear for his family but when they feel(family), they has loosed.

Just opposite you think. A project started with the Platform of  NEGP. Supported by state government ,
Saw Dream to change face of Village,Given  grantee to  minimize the unemployment  of youth.

One time again youth believe on you especially the word of our Honorable Chief Minister  Mr.Nitish Kumar.
Youth many time listen you in News,Speech,Meeting etc. and getting a new way of success and do something for society.Youth took part hopefully and stable CSC.

Friends my english is weak but this is the pain of all vle in india, so i try in english to associate all my brother .

    Mai aapka Openion Padha.Actualy mai job holder Hu aur mai Hamesa Net par Nahi Rahata hu. Mai apna bat rakha tha. ek VLE ne Apana Problem Share kiya. Iske jabab me Mai kuchh rasata dikhana chah raha tha. lakin kisi tarah ka koi dubara qurey nahi aaya to mai dhekhana chhor dia.

Mai aaj jab aapaka view padha to kaphi accha laga.
Dost, history gabah hai ki karantikari purus ek hi hota hai karanti karane bale hazar hote hai.
Agar aap jaisa Chandra Shekhar azad, Bhagat singh,....................Subhash chandra Bose Shoch lete to Kaya desh karantikario ko Paida Karata. Nahi Na.

Ap mai apana soch batata hu,
Mia jada samaye to nahi de pata hu, Lekin kosis kiya aaplogo ke bare me ganane ki.
Mia five(5) dist. me kuchh Vle se mila. Mai paya ki three types ke log vle Bane Hai.
1. Jinke pass kaphi paisa hai aur alag karobar hai.
2. Jo padh likh kar berogagar hai aur kuchh achha hone ka entagar kar rahe hai( apana koi bajud nahi    hai, hamesha khoabo me ghire rahate hai, depression ke sikar hai, khai patana chahate hai lekin Khai me girgane ke dar se uske bare me kam nahi kar sakate.)
3. Aap log jaise log jo sab kuchh kar sakata hai lekin koi sapot nahi milata.
yad rakhie Subhash aur Mahatam ek hi hue hai. Hamesa Karanti ke Time aisa hi Mahaul hoga, Sabhi ko aise hi larana hua hoga.
R.K.Shahi jee ne Kaphi Sarahanie kam kiya hai aur kar rahe hai. Lekin oe disha bhatak gaye hai aya kisi se koie rai bichar nahi lete hai. Khud hi Sabhi karana chahate hai. ye asaphalata ki nisani hai.

Mai kahata hu ki Aap logo me khuch aise log hai lo kaphi darate hai. Kuch logo ko time nahi hai,
Kuchh log sahaj office me information Pahuchate hoege ki Vle Kaya choch rahe hai etc...

Then, how you can uge this types of manpower for better future in Vashudha Kendra. i.e depend upon you.

But remember you have a lot of manpower.

Mai aap logo se Agrah kar raha hu hi ki aap bhudhiman log me Bichar Padhe aur apana bichar de.
Nahi to Sahaj bale Vashudha kendra par adhikar jamane ke liye kisi bhi had tak ja sakate hai.

Pahale kamjor VLE bandhu ko apne prabhav me le rahe hai. Jab Maximum Vle unke prabhab me aa jaye ge to
dusare Vle ko aasani se kamjor banaya ja sakata hai.

Aap se anurodh hai ki aap sab mil kar bina kisi phayde ke hamare garib aur kamjor vle Bhai ko Majabut banaye.

Ajkal bare bare Sahaj ke Saheb Log Ghum rahe hai aur Vle ko dhamki de rahe hai ki Tumahare CSC ko mai Cancil kar duga. Mai ne Vakilo ko Bahal kar lia hai aur tum logo ko Notice Bhijawa raha hu.

Time rahate agar nahi Chete to ham log Kahi Ke nahi Rah Jayege.

Dear Firends,
i write some my openion this is only my though.
Governmentis refused to given NEGP work to Sahaj. Vashudha Kendra is a Property of Goverment.
So, he will given work to Vashudha Kendra. But sahaj is not want this.
Now, Sahaj has make a plan to take a signature of VLE on Agreement and Sapat Patra ( in future different types of Letter Come for signature) and show this is my properties not the goverment.
  if  Vle involve in Government work not profit to sahaj. Sahaj want to use vle centre as a shop and make money for us.
After some month sahaj will starts retails market. As you know sahaj good quality is low and local branded.
Which is generally not working good.Dear we all are working in Village where relationship is very strong .
But a small things may turn in bad. in future if sahaj bring retails of local brand it is very dengerous for us.

So, any types of product selling of sahaj you are resposible for this , sahaj not help you.

So, friends if sahaj make your centre as a retails shops why not not you shell and put all item which is required in every day life. like salt, Sugar, rice, pules........ why you gives share of profit to sahaj and depend upon it.

What is the mission and Vission of  NEGP project as CSC. And what is done by Sahaj.

96,500 CSCs Functional under NeGP

India has rolled out over 94,000 Common Service Centres (CSCs), of the proposed one lakh, in 31 states and Union Territories to take Information Communication Technology (ICT) to the remotest part of the country. 12,510 of these are located in the naxal affected areas of 11 States, a government statement said.
Ten States including Gujarat, Kerala, Sikkim, Tripura, Jharkhand, Pondicherry, Manipur, Chandigarh, Goa and Delhi have completed 100 per cent roll out.
Under the Scheme, connectivity has been provided to 67,883 CSCs by April 2011. Department of Information Technology (DIT) has also developed an Online Monitoring Tool for monitoring the uptime of the CSCs.
The roll out is found to be a bit slow in the difficult and naxal affected areas where setting up of CSCs is quite challenging, the statement said.
The roll out of CSCs has in some cases been delayed on account of delay in selection of new Service Centre Agencies (SCA's) in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

However, in order to ensure availability of connectivity to all CSCs, DIT is supporting BSNL to provide Wireline and WiMax based broadband connectivity to all 100,000 CSCs.
So far around 40,000 CSCs have had connectivity through BSNL. In the North East and difficult areas, DIT is providing VSAT based connectivity with the help of NIC. Envisaged to deliver web-enabled anytime, anywhere access to information and services across the country, these CSCs will cover six lakh villages in the country.
The project is being implemented on a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model with a three tier implementation framework, in which the State Designated Agency (SDA) enters into a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with the Service Centre Agency (SCA) which appoints the Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) to operate the CSCs. The CSC project is being implemented at a cost of Rs 1,649 crore with a substantial investment from the private sector.

                                             What to do VLE UNION
Hi, Good Morning to All,

I read one of Vle brother comment on my blogs that " Srei Balo Ne Ham Logo Ko Loot Liya". We will be discuss on this matter we give you some advice what be do what be not do.

There are three Category of Vles.
  1. Vle whose lone has done from SBI, CBI, PNB etc. As a government Banks.
  2. Vle whose lone has done from Srei Finance Pvt. Ltd.
  3. Vle whose lone has not done and taken maximum goods from Sahaj.
  4. Vle whose lone has not done and taken partial goods from Sahaj.
what to do.
First i say you " Where is your  VLE  UNION ?". This is the responsibility of  your union to take design against it. It means that Leaders of your union is SELF FISH. They used to all of you for own Profit.
It is the responsibility of Vle Union to make a legal department ( Select a there or Four Good Advocate team) by the fund of Union. Because Sahaj has joined  of 9- Advocate and form a legal team.

In under the Confidence of this legal team make  a Application Paper and submit it in all of Bank and taken a written on Which ground Bank is given lone to Vle and put in Consumer Form.

Second those Vle whose lone has not done and taken more good against margin money. Who prepared a "Sapat Patra" and " total work details and purpose of work  which is Commited by Sahaj by mouth in legal paper through in which you describe when we pay his rest amount clear"   and taken signature on agreement by Vle legal team from sate Head and CEO of Sahaj and send  a copy to all the vle. And also given in News Paper to or three day.

  i have some urgent work so i will continue this Comments Later.

                                           What is Vasudha Kendra (CSC)?
Morning to All of My Vle's Friends,

Today i am writing my some sentence Which may be right or may be wrong but this is only my opinion.
CSC- Common Service Centre
The Vission of E-Governance Dep. And Goverment that we put a Plate form in Each of the panchyat in India.
Many Block , Panchyat and Internet related given from this centre. People of the panchyat have given maximum facility through this CSC.

In shortly we can Say That this is a solution Centre of  Many Gov. Department and the Local People. 

Think of Sahaj about CSC

Sahaj is a corporate Company. Each and every Company  work only for Profit. There is no place of  emotion
in the company. He got a tender for CSC. Put up his Infrastructure in all Bihar and other States.
Firstly is Given all System related to CSC in against of some Margin Money. it promise to all VLE many GTG services given shortly. they guide wrongly and prepaired many bank provide lone. Vle's blindly believe on his matter and doing lone. Now all bank even his own bank Srei refuse to given any types of lone. What is matter we don't know.
Goverment Provide big amount each year for each centre to Sahaj.
But this is not more for sahaj. Sahaj saw it stablised centre then why not we use CSC as a (tree of money ).
He make a plane how to make fool to Vle and earn money( if you or any relative doing working any company as a sale and marketing office then ask him what happens).  He work like East India Company( English Man) . it make a portal and link many services through this. Consider those service which is profitable for all both of vle's and Sahaj. But in other hand if you think deeply then you know how became you foolish. Sahaj put your hand with love. Now preparing for your use.

***** In End i give my some opinion.
          1. Sahaj and many Company working in the field of CSC. But system selling is the not a part of CSC as sahaj given you a system against Margin money and Lone. i.e. the funda of earning money. you know what is the quality of Materials.
        2. Maxmum no. of Material issued whis is this time not use in center. Sahaj has given this due to sale because he will collect money any type to you. this is funda of markiting.
    As i know vle will work the sahaj only with one or tow Computer( Desktop) , one MFD, Camera, Connectivity( As per his need)  V-Sat not required( You know the story of V-Sat).
   But requireg money.
So, friend do any work with the advice of good people.

I want to disscuss with you" what is the think of  Srei Sahaj E- Village Lt?". But be can't think so much.
what are sahaj doing for our Vashudha Kendra?... nothing ealse.
Some Services which is promises by sahaj- i remembered all of you.
  • LIC - Life Insurence Vs DLF
      (1) ----- Sahaj Not intersted  in LIC- Life Insurance.
            Because it is so popular and have a small commission to his agent and give Confidance to local            People.
   Sahaj Intrested in DLF - life Insurence.
            But DLF- Life Insurence is not so popular in local people and given big Commission to his agent( Sahaj).

   (2) LIC has different types of polices for people of all class and category. which takes on his choices.
         But LIC not give more commision to Sahaj.
         Now DLF has also a lot of police but sahaj selected those police which give more money.
*** Remember that Bajaj Allianz is the more popular, Confidencial and Specilist in Life Insurance after LIC than other Private Company.  But Sahaj is Hungry for Money not Confidance or Security.

       ---- i became happy and talk about this to one of my friend which is working in higher Post( More than state ). He laugh on me and said be make a dream because Samsung Can not doing fraud. 
             i asked how? then he answered me which i can't belive. He told me our legal commite not given permossion. Because Samsung want to give more benifit to grass-root level ( i.e VLE) and some percentage to sahaj. Sahaj is not agree on this and agreement is put in Dustbin.
  • After Some time a story made is that Airtel Lunches to Sahaj Vasudha Kendra but Spice and now Uninor Lunches which signale is not most of the Panchyat.--  Have a great jock.
  • Before one years Sahaj doing some thing with SBI-BANK for BC but another small company or NGO is doing this work........... where is sahaj?
  • In Jan-11 a beautiful Story is Created By Sahaj that Central Bank Approvied Sahaj for BC but it isalso  doing in local level by another orgenization.
  • After this Financial year( March-11) MNREGA is started form Vashudha Kendra . Goverment Prepaired for this . Some DM of Concern with Sahaj Officer and gave his praposal but sahaj has not excepted. Cause DM gave more benifit to VLE  and give some amount to sahaj as a form of SDA. MNREGA never come through sahaj.
  ****At last i want to asked all of you why sahaj is here and  what is his work? What is the work Plan of Sahaj? What is the responsibility of sahaj. 

i wait for your advice on this blogs.   
  We Just want to understand what is the meaning of CSC ?

What is the FUTURE of Sahaj Vashudha Kendra?

Dear Brother and Sister,

First i will be ask to all of you about the sahaj. How much time will take to improve the system for easy follow.
Neither Employee's of the Sahaj- Bihar nor Vle's of the Sahaj-Bihar satisfied from Present Condition.
Each and Every day  written and Played a new drama by  SHO & RCC Stapes .

The result of three years of  Vle is getting Love Latter ( Vle Agreement for  doing FIR and Notice).

So, doing any types of Signature on any types of Paper just open your both eyes and also third sense.

My English is not good but try to say my opinion on them. and also advice to you if you have right information then share all vle for saving depression.

DIT to felicitate 25 best performing VLEs

Department of Information Technology has decided to felicitate 25 best performing VLEs with a monetary reward of Rs 10,000 each during the 14th National e-Governance Conference at Aurangabad, February 10-11, 2011. Out of the 25 best VLEs, 8 are Sahaj VLEs.
The choice of best performing VLEs to be felicitated has been on the basis of objective criterion such as the uptime performance (as per data from the Online Monitoring Tool or OMT). The VLEs have been invited to stay for two days in Aurangabad (boarding & lodging charges to be paid by DIT).

With a view to ensure inclusion of the rural poor in the growth process, the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India had formulated several schemes specifically targeted at rural BPL. Among these, the Swarnjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY), launched on 1st April 1999, aims to bring the assisted families
(Swarozgaris) above the poverty line by ensuring appreciable sustained level of income over a period of time. This objective is to be achieved by inter alia organizing the rural poor into Self Help Groups (SHG’s) through the process of social mobilization, training and capacity building and provision of income generating assets. The SHG approach helps the poor to build their self confidence through community action. This process would ultimately lead to the strengthening and socio economic empowerment of the rural poor as
well as their collective bargaining power.
The objective of each Special Projects for Skill Development would be to ensure a time-bound training and capacity building programme for bringing a specific number of Below Poverty Line (BPL) families above the poverty line through placement ensuring regular wage employment.
